The Random Selector Utility is designed to be used with a valid GradeBook1 version 3.x GradeBookFileV3 database. It is a simple tool that chooses either a random name from the list of students in your grade book, or a random number from a range you can specify.
You can use this utility to: assign classroom jobs, pick a line leader, choose students to call on for pop quiz answers, raffle off prizes, decide if the boys or girls should line up first, or just about anything else you can think of that requires a random selection.
It is included as a separate utility along with GradeBook1 so that you can use the names list you have entered into your grade book without having to open your grade book program.
